There are four ways you can do to keep your hair moisture.

1. Deep conditioning
If your hair is very dry, moisten it with a deep conditioning treatment once a week. You can get the products in beauty shops.

Shaped like normal conditioner, but must leave it attached to the hair for 15-30 minutes so that the formula can penetrate the hair shaft and follicle. Look for products that contain protein, olive oil and other moisturizing ingredients.

2. Moisturize Shampoo
Some shampoos have a high moisture content. To rejuvenate and moisturize hair, use a shampoo that specifically designed for dry hair. Find a shampoo labeled “moisturizing” and check the label. (more…)

Myth: If you pulled a gray hair, another 2-3 strands will grow on the same place.
Fact: Not true. However, plucking gray hairs still not a good habit. You can damage roots, causing infection. In fact, it will cause a scar there.

Myth: rinse hair washed with ice water to make hair look more radiant
