Skin Care Morning and Night

Skin care is very important to do, especially during morning and evening. Why? Because the enzymes in the body to be active in our bodies as much moving in the morning and afternoon. The skin can have stress because of the weather and environment, which can cause skin aging.
While the exact night from midnight to six in the morning, through the skin renewal system is very important. Some of the things below you can do to keep the skin to remain beautiful.
Morning Day Care:
1. Do not forget to shower in the morning to refresh the skin, body and mind.
2. Apply a skin moisturizer and massage gently for 2-3 minutes for circulation.
3. If you frequently move out, we recommend using cream containing sunscreen.
4. Use the mask for 10-15 minutes to create a fresher face.
5. Drink water or hot tea to keep the body’s metabolism.
You also should care for Night time treatment:
1. Do not forget to clean the makeup before bed.
2. Use a night cream to help repair the skin, because at night these days the skin absorbs nutrients faster, and do not forget to massage your face to return the blood circulation and remove toxins.
3. Sleep 6-8 hours each night.
4. As in the daytime activities, foods containing less salt, because salt water binding and can make your face look dull waking.
